Joshua Monda
PastorReaching people whose culture is always changing with the gospel that never changes.
Hi, I’m Josh! Thank you for taking the time to stop by my site. It is a work in progress.
My Story
I have been a Student Pastor for over 20 years. During that time I had the opportunity to lead and help other student pastors across 3 states. I have worked with many churches in the past, to help them recognize their needs in student ministry and then to implement a solution in their churches. I served as the pastor of First Baptist Church in Washington, Illinois for over 8 years. My goal is to help people to find their purpose in life by communicating the hope that is found through Jesus Christ to them so they can know Him personally.
My Values & Beliefs
Love God
We must love God if we ever want to see anything great in this world. If we do not start with a love for God in the end everything in our life will be a failure. Nothing on this earth will last and only what we do for eternity can last forever.
Love Family
To often pastors fail to love their family. They will say out loud that their family comes before ministry but in practicality it doesn’t. Far to often thoe in minsitry have sacrifcied their family on the altar of ministry and they have lost their family in the process. This can be the same for any profession.
Love Others
Ministry is always third. If we get these things out of order will have a problem. However, we can’t neglect loving others either we must love others and we do this by sharing the hole that is found only in Jesus Christ.
